Hi, I’m Taylor—owner of Flutter + Frame. I’ve been lashing in the NWI area since 2018, and it’s truly my passion. My goal is to help you feel your most confident and beautiful. At my studio, you can unwind in a calm, cozy atmosphere complete with your choice of music or TV, plus complimentary snacks, drinks, and a soft blanket so you can kick back and enjoy the ultimate lash nap. ✨ Ready to elevate your lashes? Let’s lash! ✨ Policies: No extra guests please. No makeup or oils 24 hours prior to appointment. No caffeine day of appointment. Dress comfortable. Most appointments are 1+ hours. I cannot rush. Appointment times are shown when booking. Please text when you arrive and stay in your car until prompted to come inside. Doors are always locked for safety purposes. All appointments must be confirmed at least one day before your appointment. There is a 15 min grace period, after that your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a 30% last minute cancellation fee will apply. Card must be on file to book.
